01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

02 Eligibility

Access to and use of the sule88 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. sule88 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21, and any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited pending investigation.
• Residency: The Platform is operated primarily for players residing in Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) sule88 account. Operating multiple accounts, whether directly or through a third party, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be employed by sule88, an affiliate of sule88, or any game studio or payment provider partnered with sule88. Immediate family members of such employees are also ineligible to hold an account.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from the sule88 Platform or any other online gambling service through a formal self-exclusion request that remains active.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To register a sule88 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile number. You must not use another person's identity or provide false information at any stage of the registration process.

3.2 Username and Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. sule88 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify sule88 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Before processing any withdrawal request, sule88 is required to verify your identity in accordance with our KYC policy. Verification documents may include:

• A government-issued photo ID (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk, passport, or SIM)
• A selfie photograph holding your ID document
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bank account registered in your name)

Fail ure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of your first withdrawal request will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed. sule88 reserves the right to request updated KYC documentation at any interval deemed necessary for fraud prevention and account security purposes.

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure

sule88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, provision of false registration information, or any conduct that sule88 deems harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its other members.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

sule88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). sule88 does not accept deposits in any foreign currency.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. These limits vary by payment method and membership tier. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction. sule88 reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to your sule88 Wallet within one (1) to five (5) minutes of confirmed payment. During peak periods or scheduled bank maintenance windows, processing may take longer. sule88 is not liable for delays caused by the banking or e-wallet infrastructure outside its direct control.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Members are typically processed within three (3) to fifteen (15) minutes during normal operating hours (WIB). Withdrawal requests submitted during scheduled bank maintenance hours — commonly 23:00 to 01:00 WIB for most Indonesian banks — will be queued and processed at the earliest available window. sule88 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which sule88 bears no responsibility.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The withdrawal destination account must be registered in the same legal name as your sule88 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any active Bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before the associated balance may be withdrawn.
• KYC verification must be completed prior to the processing of any withdrawal request.
• sule88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time by up to 72 hours.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and reload incentives offered by sule88 are subject to the specific terms stated on the promotion page for each offer, in addition to the general conditions set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that specific offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your Wallet are subject to a wagering requirement — a minimum number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified per promotion) must be wagered before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps are clearly stated on each promotion page. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the stated time limit will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

sule88 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive the same welcome bonus, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play intent, and colluding with other Members to manipulate bonus outcomes. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided and may be permanently closed.

5.4 sule88's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

sule88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Bonus offers are made available at sule88's sole discretion and confer no ongoing entitlement on any Member.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on the sule88 Platform are subject to the Platform's right to refuse or limit any wager at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Bets placed in excess of displayed maximum stake limits will be automatically voided and the excess stake returned to the Member's Wallet.

6.2 Palpable Errors

In the event that a wager is accepted as a result of a manifest error — including but not limited to an incorrectly displayed price, handicap, total, or game parameter — sule88 reserves the right to void any such bet regardless of whether it has already been settled. sule88 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Members promptly.

6.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on sule88 include pre-match and in-play options across football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup, and Timnas Indonesia international fixtures), badminton, volleyball, basketball, MotoGP, and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile). Asian Handicap, 1X2, Over/Under, and mix parlay (accumulator) markets are available. Mix parlay bets require a minimum of three selections; specific rules governing mix parlay void selections and returns are displayed in the sportsbook section.

6.4 Live Casino

Live dealer games on sule88 — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and sic bo — are provided by certified studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. All live game results are determined in real time and are final upon conclusion of each game round. Disconnection mid-round does not automatically void a placed bet; the bet will stand and be settled according to the round outcome.

6.5 Togel

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results on the sule88 Platform are sourced from officially recognized draw operators. Draw schedules are displayed in the togel lobby in WIB time. No cancellation of a placed togel ticket is permitted after the ticket confirmation screen has been accepted by the system.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the sule88 Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may face immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances, bonuses, and winnings:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without human intervention.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports manipulation.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials or Wallet balance to any third party.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent deposit limits, withdrawal restrictions, or bonus eligibility rules.
• Harassment, threats, or abusive conduct directed at sule88 staff or other Members via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the sule88 Platform's software or security infrastructure.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the sule88 Platform — including but not limited to the sule88 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data feeds — is the exclusive intellectual property of sule88 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes as contemplated by these Terms. No Member may copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform's content without the express prior written consent of sule88.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sule88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

sule88's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their Wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sule88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. sule88 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Platform downtime, whether scheduled or unscheduled.

11 Privacy & Data

sule88 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request deletion of your personal data held by sule88; please contact our support team to exercise these rights.

12 Amendments

sule88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, sule88 will notify active Members via email or an in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

13 Governing Law

The sule88 Platform is operated by an internationally incorporated entity. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sule88 is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
